    A：Yes, no problem.Just let us know your requests filter size or design,we can make it as requirements

    A：We can do it if you can send the sample or we arrange the pick up from your side.If have the plastic cover,also can open mold to do it or upgrade i

    ⑤I：Do you have NSF certification?

    A：Our raw carbon material has NSF 61,our carbon block can meet NSF 42 standard.Quality is guranteed!

    ⑥I：How can I get the sample for your side?

     A：We can send the sample by air like DHL,Fedex,UPS etc.If recently have the container shipping from China,also can send to your supplier

    ⑦I：How long time need for the mass production

     A:Normally we can finish the goods about 15 days.If urgently,we can coordinate with production department to shorten the lead time

    ⑧I：How about the payment terms?

     A:Our payment terms is 50% T/T in advance,balance before shipment.Also can negotiate if based on large quantity

     ⑨I：How about the shippment?

      A:We can accept EXW,FOB,CIF terms can book space on our side or ask your forwarder agent to contact us
